Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:

• Australia: 7–20 business days
• International: 14–30 business days

Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
